Neural Network Study

This is still very much a work in progress, and some things may not work correctly until I get around to fixing them.

Known Problems:

• The snake simulation has broken sensors, and won't go past the first generation
• Lack of settings panel on each simulation, so you can only view the preprogrammed ones learn
• Some progress graphs don't start at zero
• The progress graphs don't show scale, and you can only tell progress in reference to previous generations

After this entire project is done, I'll release the game along with its source code.
